Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation of the order and payment. Orders are not normally dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
During periods of high order volumes, unforeseen circumstances, or product availability issues, processing may take additional time. In such cases, our team will keep you informed.
Delivery Across India
TOKU INDUSTRIES ships products to serviceable locations across India through reliable logistics and courier partners.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, product availability, and logistics partner. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide the relevant shipping and tracking details, where available. Tracking information may take some time to become active after dispatch.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your package carefully upon delivery. In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact TOKU INDUSTRIES at the earliest.
For damaged shipments, we recommend taking photographs and an unboxing video as evidence and retaining the original packaging and product until the issue is resolved.
After reviewing the case, our team will guide you through the appropriate replacement or resolution process, subject to our applicable terms and conditions.
